NVE's AA series and AB series analog GMR sensors have unique magnetic detection capabilities that are unparalleled. <Features> ● High sensitivity to applied magnetic fields ● Excellent temperature stability ● Low power consumption ● Compact size <Application Examples> Position, speed, and current sensors for industrial and automotive use Handheld devices Implantable medical devices Low-voltage battery-operated sensors <About AA Series Sensors> Utilizing GMR materials patented by NVE and flux concentrators on the chip, these sensors output signals with direction-dependent sensitivity. They detect in one direction (sensitive axis) within the IC plane, and when the sensor is rotated away from the sensitive axis, the sensitivity decreases according to a cosine curve. Additionally, they provide the same output for both positive and negative magnetic fields along the sensitive axis (unipolar output). Configuration: Wheatstone bridge Package: SOIC8, MSOP8 (available in die (bare chip) form upon request) Family Types: Standard AA series, AAH series, AAL series (different GMR materials used)
