It is a unique array consisting of four TMR tunnel magnetoresistance elements. The TMR sensor elements are composed of four elements rotated by 90° within the package and are connected in a bridge configuration. Depending on the angle (θ) between the sensor and the magnetic field, values of Sinθ and Cosθ are output. Since tunnel magnetoresistance elements are used, the output is large. It outputs a constant amplitude within a magnetic field strength of 30 to 200 Elsteds. It comes in a super compact TDFN6 package.
