basic information
It is an ultra-small ULLGA package measuring 1.1 x 1.1 x 0.45mm. There are continuous operation versions and duty cycle versions. The continuous operation version has a frequency response characteristic of 100 kHz. It is an ultra-low power GMR digital switch with a quiescent current of 420nA at a voltage of 2.4V and a duty cycle of 110Hz. It operates at low voltages ranging from 0.9 to 2.4V. There are four types based on the operating magnetic field (20/28/10/7.5Oe). The output is an open-drain (100μA sink current). It can be widely used in battery-operated applications such as position detection sensors, rotation sensors, and attachment/detachment detection sensors.
