This was because we could not grasp the status of the inventory ordered by the sales team, and even when we raised concerns, it was ineffective. Therefore, we tackled inventory reduction using IC-MANAGER's unique inventory management approach. One measure was to clarify the responsibilities for ordered items. Another was to manage the fractional quantities of ordered items in separate categories. This clarified the responsibility for returns, reduced the chances of missing return processing, and helped decrease return losses and reduce dead stock of fractional ordered items. Additionally, we implemented order point management through product analysis, allowing us to efficiently optimize a vast amount of regular inventory.
