●BASE This is the foundation module of EXCESS-HYBRID II. It allows for the import of 3D models and 2D drawings, enabling the creation of simple dimensions and notes, as well as the verification of information such as thickness analysis and draft angle checks. ●Draw In addition to basic 2D drawing functions, it enables the drafting of 3D models and the creation of cross-sectional views. It also features rich output capabilities, including batch conversion of drawings and bulk output. ●Design 2D A wide range of commands is available to support the design of press and mold dies. It allows for the calling of standard parts, creation of parts lists, and automatic breakdown from assembly drawings to part drawings. ●Design 3D Equipped with modeling (solid & surface) functions, it allows for shape editing considering die requirements. The surface function includes unique development features that excel in handling die-specific shapes. ●CAD Option Includes design functions for press and mold dies utilizing 3D models, as well as support functions for drawing dies. Customization according to unique design rules is also possible. ●CAM MC/ CAM WC Equipped with machining and wire cutting functions. With high customization capabilities and a rich variety of machining patterns, it can create high-quality machining data from 2D/3D data.
