This is a compact-sized optical fiber temperature sensor (optical fiber thermometer) with a diameter of less than 1.7mm, offering high reliability and accuracy. It can be measured in EMI/RFI environments, is resistant to corrosive environments, and measures based on the thermal expansion of glass (quartz), allowing for high precision and stability in repeated measurements. All optical fiber sensors (temperature, displacement, pressure, strain, load) can be used in combination, providing cost benefits and convenience.
