Since our establishment in 1966, we have been engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of the automatic retractable hose reel "HOSER," primarily for commercial use. In recent years, higher levels of performance have been demanded across all industrial sectors. Automatic retractable hose reels are no exception. In particular, the performance required of HOSER, which is often used in harsh working environments, has become increasingly stringent. To meet this demand, we launched a completely new HOSER, the "S" series, in 2003. This product significantly surpasses the previous "H" series in terms of winding power, strength, durability, and all other aspects. We also believe that supporting our customers who have long used HOSER through repairs and parts supply is as important as selling the product itself. While we cannot claim perfection, we maintain a system that allows for parts supply, primarily for consumables, even for HOSERs that have been used for 10 or 20 years.
