Ideal for face milling, five-sided machining, and flat grinding! Fixture vice.

By using a fixture vice, you can process black skin and cut materials with a two-step setup for six-sided machining. When used on a surface grinder, you can measure the plate thickness with high precision while it is still attached to the jig during processing. This allows for a feedback loop of measurement values as remaining machining amounts, enabling even higher precision finishing through the sequence of [Processing 1 → Measurement 1] ⇒ [Processing 2 → Measurement 2] ⇒ … [Example] - The positioning of the jig is flexible, allowing for continuous operation by arranging the workpieces across the entire machine bed. - The black skin on the top and sides of the material can be processed with a single chucking. - During surface grinding, the jig is set on a magnetic base for processing.
