The online total phosphorus and nitrogen analyzer is an online process measurement device equipped with next-generation operability. It employs a direct heating method at 120°C. Total nitrogen is measured using the ultraviolet absorbance method, while total phosphorus is measured using the molybdenum blue photometric method. It adopts a Windows™ menu system, considering expandability and usability, and the large 10.5-inch LCD touchscreen can display real-time trend graphs and quantified operating conditions. It is equipped with a 60GB HDD, allowing for the storage of over a year's worth of data, including graphs, numerical values, and calibration data. Additionally, data can be transferred from a USB memory stick to the customer's PC. Alarms are available for various conditions, including reagent interruption, sample interruption, waste tank full, optical system abnormalities, heater abnormalities, leakage, and consumable replacement. The reaction chamber allows for dilution, cleaning, and cooling. Despite being equipped with the latest technology, it achieves low initial and running costs.
