■□■ Product Lineup ■□■ ■ Resin-Impregnated Needle Felt - Nylon needle felt impregnated with resin, providing oil absorption along with strength and durability. - Available in a variety of hardness levels, making it ideal for tension pads. ■ Nylon Needle Felt - Made from synthetic fibers such as nylon, offering high tensile strength and durability. - Softer compared to resin-impregnated needle felt, making it suitable for tension pads where surface scratch prevention is important. ■ Wool Felt (Press Felt) - A general-purpose brake pad with moderate hardness, durability, and oil absorption. ■ Wool Felt (Cross Felt) - Woven from wool fibers, offering greater durability and less thickness variation compared to press felt, making it suitable for brake pads. ■ Artificial Leather - Non-woven fabric made from nylon and polyester fibers, solidified into a porous structure with urethane resin. - Generates minimal fluff and dust during processing. - Easy to process for layering and cutting.
