* Automatic Inspection Laser Marking Device A system that uses a 6-axis robot to pick up workpieces from an assembly machine and feed them into an inspection line at a cycle time of 3 seconds. * Automatic Assembly and Riveting Image Inspection Device A device that uses image recognition to align the nuts and washers of automotive parts for riveting, and performs height and outer shape inspections after riveting. * Screw Tightening Machine A screw tightening device for the assembly of sub-component processes. * Spring Assembly Machine An automatic high-cycle assembly machine (2-3 seconds per piece) that automatically assembles springs onto injection-molded components for automotive-related parts.

Until now, through our dedicated machines, we have been pursuing "how much joy we can bring to our customers," along with various joys, dreams, added value, and know-how, since our founding in 1950 for 57 years. However, in the current harsh environment of overseas production shifts, cost reductions, and shortened lead times, our traditional manufacturing mindset and approach are no longer sufficient to bring joy to our customers. To overcome this challenging situation, we aim to respond to the demands of a new era (diversification, sophistication, low cost) by adopting an FMEA perspective in management, an FMA perspective in manufacturing, and striving to enhance our unique technological capabilities through challenges in new technologies. We aspire to become a proposal-oriented equipment manufacturer that shifts from market-in (from customers to manufacturers) to market-out (from manufacturers to customers), while continuing to pursue our fundamental management policy of "how much joy we can bring to our customers" together with our employees.
