Using a plastic blasting agent that does not scratch the workpiece. The blasting agent is collected and sorted for reusable materials, which helps to reduce costs (sorted in the cyclone inside the cleaning machine). Since cleaning is done at room temperature without applying heat, no gases are generated, making it odorless and environmentally friendly. Cleaning of materials such as PEEK, fluororesin, cross-linked resin, and nylon resin is also easily possible. The vacuum mechanism prevents the blasting agent from escaping. It supports screw cleaning up to φ150mm (with an option for up to φ300mm). A turntable can be installed in the cleaning machine to facilitate the cleaning of heavy objects (optional, supporting up to 300kg). It is possible to upgrade to a fully automatic screw cleaning device or a semi-automatic one.
