It efficiently heats at high temperatures while cooling to prevent overheating, gradually heating at low temperatures before finishing at high heat, and can rapidly cool down simultaneously with the completion of heating, making tasks that are cumbersome by hand easy to accomplish. By simply selecting the product name on the menu screen, adding the ingredients, and pressing the operation switch, it automatically controls the heating temperature, product temperature, and stirring speed to maximize the natural flavors of the ingredients. Additionally, it can cool in the same container, helping to suppress the occurrence and proliferation of live bacteria, in compliance with HACCP standards.
