This is a system that utilizes the cold heat of liquid nitrogen to cool and embrittle substances, turning them into powder through impact.
Making the impossible possible at -196℃! Low-temperature and freeze crushing using ultra-low temperature, inert, and ultra-dry liquid nitrogen. In liquid nitrogen, most substances lose their elasticity and adhesiveness, becoming brittle, which is the optimal state for crushing. Additionally, it allows for particle size adjustments that are impossible with room temperature crushing, boasting a processing capacity 3 to 5 times greater than that of room temperature crushing, suitable for mass production. [Target] - Industrial products Thermoplastic resins, biodegradable resins, elastic materials, adhesive materials, etc. - Raw materials for food and health foods Sesame, tea, soybeans, coffee beans, chitosan, reishi mushrooms, soft-shelled turtles, agaricus, vanilla beans, mannan, gelatin, various freeze-dried products, etc. ● For details on the low-temperature reaction control system, please refer to the catalog download. We also offer contract processing. For food-related processing... Kinjirushi Co., Ltd. https://www.kinjirushi.co.jp/commissioned/ For non-food processing...
