basic information
■□■Features■□■ ■ Automatically calculates the length of wires based on design drawings and enables processing at both ends of the wires. ■ Enables integration of tube markers, casting, and data. ■ Software product that supports customization. ■ Cost reduction, short delivery times, quality improvement, and mass production. Simplification of on-site work, division of labor in on-site tasks, short-term training for inexperienced workers, standardization of custom-made products, and acceleration of quality control are achieved. ■ Since the entry destination is expressed as an address, there is no need to refer to drawings during the entry work. ■ The tubes of the processed wires have the address and terminal number of the entry destination printed on them, allowing workers to wire using only a driver. ■ Instructions for no crimping are also possible for soldered parts. ■ For more details, please contact us.

Company information
Since its establishment in 1989, Bansho Electric Industry has been assembling various control panels. Among the business improvements we have implemented in-house, the issue that always becomes a bottleneck is the delivery time. Delays in creating drawings, delays in sheet metal work, and all the pressure ultimately falls on the final process, which is the assembly of the panels. After considering how we can meet delivery deadlines, we realized that it hinges on how we can advance the work. In a continuing recession, companies that cannot achieve short delivery times and low costs will not survive in the future. What is the feature of our system? The "Address Wiring Method" was born from our consideration of whether we could wire without looking at the drawings. To process the wires in advance, measuring the wire length is essential. Thus, we developed the "Wire Length Measurement System."
