Multilingual translation of online help
We translate (localize) help files for various software for Windows and Macintosh. We can accommodate help formats in HTML Help (chm) as well as web-based formats. By requesting the localization of software UI text together, it is possible to manage the consistency of terminology between the UI text and the help content. All translators are compatible with translation memory tools like Trados, which ensures quality stabilization through consistent terminology and expressions, as well as shorter turnaround times and cost reductions by reusing existing translations. 【Features】 - The project manager oversees all processes from data processing using Trados (translation memory software) to checking/QA, proofreading, and delivery in a multilingual parallel manner. - We can also perform screenshot and display verification in multilingual OS environments. - Translator selection is managed through ranking based on trials at the time of hiring and feedback/evaluation for each project. - Languages that require special processing, such as Arabic, Persian, Thai, and Vietnamese, can also be handled using Trados (translation memory software).
