In the manufacturing process of the joint, we use automatic molding machines such as Disamatic, FCMX-I, and AMFIII, which have precision comparable to that of precision machine tools, for the important molding line. The cores are automatically set, resulting in very high dimensional accuracy and precision. The material is black heart ductile cast iron, which has about twice the strength of gray cast iron and is as tough as cast steel.
