**Overview** Our plating equipment features multiple dedicated lines capable of handling large parts ranging from small items like pins to large components measuring up to 2 meters in width and 3 meters in depth. We can accommodate a wide variety of materials, from aluminum to ceramics. Additionally, we offer ultra-uniform thick plating suitable for precision machining of semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts. **Features** ● Hard and Wear-Resistant It has a Vickers hardness of HV500 (non-heat-treated) and HV1000 (after heat treatment at 400°C), making it resistant to wear. ● Uniform Thickness and Excellent Dimensional Stability Unlike electroplating, the plating distribution is uniform, resulting in minimal thickness variation across different areas of the product. ● Excellent Corrosion Resistance Even with relatively thin plating thickness, there are few pinholes, and the uniform thickness provides excellent corrosion resistance comparable to stainless steel when plated on iron alloys, copper alloys, and aluminum alloys. ● Non-Magnetic It is non-magnetic, making it suitable for applications that require non-magnetic properties. ● Solderable It can provide solderability to aluminum and ceramic materials. ★ Please view the materials by clicking the download button.
