Input frequency: up to 15 GHz and wide range. We will ship with a division ratio according to the application.
This is a frequency divider that outputs signals at frequencies divided from a microwave. It contains four dividers internally, allowing for changes in the input-output division ratio through combinations of division ratios (optional). There is also a high-speed version with a rise and fall time of 100 ps (typ.). <Features> ■ Input frequency range: up to 15 GHz. ■ Standard division ratios are 512, 1042, and 2048, but others can also be specified. ■ Outputs include intermediate division ratio output (unbalanced) and final output (unbalanced or differential), with the final output being selectable as either unbalanced or differential. ■ The rise and fall time of the output signal is several ns for the standard (LV-CMOS output), but there is also a high-speed version with 100 ps (typ.). ■ Standard power supply voltage: DC +12V. ■ Mounted in an aluminum case, making it resistant to noise. ■ Shipped with division ratios according to application. Custom products can be accepted from a single unit. *For more details, please contact us.

Company information
Sakura Tech has been developing imaging sensors and high-performance microwave/millimeter-wave components using ultra-wideband technology since its founding in October 2008. In particular, we developed a compact and high-performance radar platform (miRadar(R)8) using Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology, which has been commercialized as an obstacle monitoring radar. Using the same radar platform, we developed an algorithm capable of simultaneously measuring the vital signs (heart rate, respiration) of multiple individuals, and we have been the first in the world to sell evaluation kits, receiving positive feedback from many manufacturers. Radio wave sensors have become essential in the fields of autonomous driving sensors, security aiming for a safe and secure society, and monitoring the elderly in the IoT society. Moving forward, Sakura Tech will continue to provide and contribute to society with human-friendly, high-performance sensors that utilize radio waves.
