The electrical opening and closing mechanism ensures reliability through a sensitive snap-action mechanism, resulting in a highly sensitive structure with minimal cumulative error due to its simple design. It is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chemical analysis equipment, vacuum deposition equipment, mechanical boosters, and more. The wiring installation features a 3P terminal block inside the switch, allowing for wiring with cap tire cords with an outer diameter of φ7 to φ11.
