**Features** ◇ Supports tanks ranging from 1m×2m (small) to 5m×5m (large) in size. ◇ Gyro Skimmer - Uses a specially molded float. It adopts a world-patented double float structure that boasts liquid surface tracking and recovery performance. - By designing the submerged part below the float's waterline to be larger, the spacing between floats on the water surface has been increased, enhancing the passage of floating debris. It also makes the recovery of high-viscosity oil that spreads continentally easier. ◇ Heavy-Duty Specification - The gyro skimmer is equipped with an underwater pump made of FC with SIC double mechanical seals. - It has excellent foreign matter passage performance and high durability in environments where grinding dust or cutting powder floats with oil, such as in machine tool coolant tanks, or in soil contamination remediation works where sediment and oil float together, which cannot be achieved with volumetric pumps. ◇ Standard Use of Inverter Allows for stepless adjustment of pump rotation speed. By balancing the float inflow rate and pump recovery rate, unnecessary oil-water agitation is minimized, improving separation efficiency. ◇ Standard Equipped with Patented Forced Oil Discharge Mechanism (Large Scraper) in Separator Ensures reliable discharge of oil mixed with cutting chips, grinding stones, sediment, and high-viscosity oil.
