【Features】 ◆ Continuous and intermittent slurry self-priming pump This pump has a structure that allows water to accumulate in the pump body, eliminating the need for a self-priming tank. However, the amount of air in the suction side piping can be self-primed up to about 80% of the water in the pump body. Beyond that, self-priming will require additional water to be added. *Due to limitations on suction lift and the inability to re-prime after sucking in air, it is referred to as a semi-self-priming type. ◆ Rubber lining specification available Designed for acidic liquids such as hydrochloric acid containing slurry, considering corrosion and wear resistance. ◆ No seal leakage Since the shaft seal (mechanical seal) is installed on the suction side, even with an outside method, it does not receive casing internal pressure (back pressure), ensuring stable mechanical sliding surface pressure and no seal leakage. ◆ Compatible with high concentration and high viscosity liquids Due to the absence of seal leakage and strong suction power, it is capable of pumping under both suction and pressure conditions. *For more details, please contact us.
