We have standardized formed bellows made of Hastelloy® C22 for various movable parts of vacuum equipment (especially semiconductor manufacturing equipment) and for valve shaft seals. ■ Excellent corrosion resistance - It has superior corrosion resistance compared to other Ni-Cr-Mo alloys. - It prevents stress corrosion cracking even against Cl2 and HBr gases. ■ High-temperature strength - It outperforms the room temperature tensile strength and 0.2% yield strength of SUS316L at 650°C. ■ Long lifespan design possible - A lifespan design of 10^6 cycles is achievable with formed bellows. - The dimensions during use have been further reduced compared to conventional designs, allowing for a more compact design.
