basic information
The flange-type liner is standard, and it is also possible to specify Tyrolit type, clamshell type, or the presence or absence of a liner. Depending on the function, we can provide various types of barrels such as input barrels, closed barrels, side feed barrels, and degassing barrels. The heating and cooling control of the barrels is performed by a PID control device or a PID circuit within a PLC. High-density cartridge-type or cast-type (aluminum or brass cast heating elements) heaters are used. Cooling is achieved by controlling the flow of water or steam through specific barrels.
