This is a system that uses GNSS installed at the tip of the boom to obtain location information and display the position on a monitor in the vehicle along with three-dimensional coordinates. It creates three-dimensional data for workable and prohibited areas based on "height," "width," and "depth," and alerts users to danger with a display light and buzzer if they enter a designated hazardous area or move outside of it. In locations where satellites are not available, a total station can be used as an alternative. (GNSS is recommended due to weather influences and laser sighting issues.)
