It allows for direct input of temperature and humidity (arbitrary temperature and humidity up to 80°C and 0-100% RH) and also includes programmed operation and an automatic water supply system.

A split-flow humidity generation device is a method that divides completely dry gas (0% rh) into two streams. One stream passes through a saturation tank to become saturated gas (100% rh), while the other remains as is (0% rh) and is mixed together before being introduced into the test chamber. Depending on the flow rate ratio at that time, it creates a gas with a constant relative humidity in the test chamber, based on JIS standards, making it an extremely high-precision method.
