Natori Seisakusho, which specializes in titanium press processing, hard steel wire press processing, and the production of molds and jigs, is engaged in parts processing for automobiles, medical devices, and mother machines, as well as mold production for automotive and construction hardware. In mold and jig production, we not only perform processing using CAD/CAM but also conduct strength analysis through CAE in the design phase. Additionally, as part of reverse engineering, we repair molds without drawings and add designs to scanned workpieces. In manufacturing, we strive to improve QCD using servo presses, robots, and dedicated machines, and we also handle mass production and prototyping (production without creating molds).
