This is a double-sided tape with lead-free solder reflow heat resistance (260°C). It is designed to emit only a small amount of outgassing, minimizing its impact on electronic components.
● The adhesive used has excellent heat resistance, ensuring stable adhesion performance with minimal decrease in adhesive strength or foaming even after passing through reflow. ● It generates a small amount of outgassing, which has a minimal impact on FPCs and electronic components. ● It employs heat-resistant release paper, which shows little degradation after passing through lead-free solder reflow and remains peelable. ● Compared to conventional double-sided tape, it has a higher adhesive strength and exhibits stable performance across a wide temperature range. ● We offer three types: special core material type (R310KS), heat-resistant non-woven fabric type (R330S), and coreless type (R390S).
