【Features】 ■ A typical form of mixed tank-type crystallizer ■ Can efficiently transport crystals growing on the evaporation surface with the highest supersaturation, and the grown crystals are classified and extracted by the classification legs at the bottom ■ Since the crystals are always in contact with the impeller rotating at high speed, the product particle size is smaller compared to fluidized bed types, but stable operation is possible compared to inverted cone types ■ Unlike inverted cone types, the suspension inside the crystallizer is stirred by a mixer, eliminating the need for external circulation in small-scale evaporation concentration, vacuum cooling, and reaction types.
