Processing with precision cutting wheels [Features] This is a type of precision processing that uses cutting wheels that are extremely thin (0.3mm to 1.2mm) and rotate at high speeds, gradually shaving off the workpiece with very hard particles (grains) that make up the wheel. The cutting is performed in a way that resembles grinding, allowing for a soft action on the workpiece without causing destructive damage, resulting in a good surface finish and a sharp cutting edge.
