Hydrogen cutting gas "New Hydrocut" significantly reduces CO2 with hydrogen! A new hydrogen + ethylene mixed gas specialized for cutting as an alternative to LPG!
The New Hydrocut has three main strengths. 1) CO2 reduction through a hydrogen-based mixed gas The New Hydrocut uses a hydrogen-based mixed gas, allowing for a reduction in CO2 emissions of approximately 90% compared to LPG. 2) Improved cutting quality that reduces distortion, burning, shoulder droop, and slag The flame of hydrogen is characterized by being thin and concentrated, enabling the achievement of high-quality cutting surfaces compared to LPG. 3) Logistics efficiency through trailer supply By increasing the filling pressure for the supply of a large amount of gas at once and using trailers for the supply method, total cost reduction has become possible.
