basic information
Biomicelle BN-77 is a hybrid, solid material synthesized by the Boron Research Institute, which has primarily focused on research and development of antistatic agents and anti-fogging agents for plastic products. Utilizing the research results of a structurally modified organic boron compound, it demonstrates excellent performance as an internal blending-type antistatic agent, particularly for non-polar resins. It also has good heat resistance and minimal tackiness, making it widely applicable from film products concerned with mouth opening to various molded products. 【Characteristics】 ■Appearance (20°C): Light yellow-brown solid ■Color (Gardner color scale): No. 4 or below (at 70°C melting state) ■pH (20°C, 1% ion-exchanged water dispersion): 8.0 to 9.5 ■Melting point: 57.0 to 60.0°C ■Flash point: Above 230°C ■Thermal stability: Exhibits better thermal stability compared to typical ionic organic compounds, requiring over 400°C for complete decomposition. *For details, please inquire or refer to the catalog.
