basic information
■□■Features■□■ ■ A butyl rubber-based adhesive with weather resistance is mixed with high-purity zinc powder to provide conductivity. ■ After solvent evaporation, it solidifies while retaining some elasticity. ■ High lifecycle cost efficiency significantly reduces repair costs. - It can form a film thickness of over 300μm with two coats, providing excellent coating and corrosion protection effects. - The zinc content ratio in the dried film is high, allowing the zinc powder to exhibit sacrificial corrosion protection effects over a long period. ■ Easy to apply. - Can be applied immediately after surface preparation (minimum of grade 3 scraping) without the need for a primer or solvent addition. ■ Effective against dissimilar metal contact corrosion and crevice corrosion. - Due to zinc's high ionization tendency, it can be used in areas where dissimilar metals such as stainless steel and iron, or aluminum and iron, come into contact, protecting critical components from corrosion. ■ Non-toluene type that does not contain harmful toluene. ■ For more details, please contact us.
