basic information
■□■Features■□■ ■ A butyl rubber-based adhesive with weather resistance is mixed with high-purity zinc powder to provide conductivity. ■ After solvent evaporation, it solidifies while retaining some elasticity. ■ High lifecycle cost efficiency significantly reduces repair costs. - It can form a film thickness of over 300μm with two coats, providing excellent coating corrosion protection. - The zinc content ratio in the dried film is high, allowing the zinc powder to exhibit sacrificial corrosion protection effects over the long term. ■ Easy to apply. - Can be applied immediately after surface preparation (at least grade 3 sanding), with no need for primer or solvent additives. ■ Effective against dissimilar metal contact corrosion and crevice corrosion. - Due to zinc's high ionization tendency, using it in areas where dissimilar metals such as stainless steel and iron or aluminum and iron come into contact, or in crevices formed between materials, can protect critical components from corrosion. ■ Non-toluene type that does not contain harmful toluene. ■ For more details, please contact us.
