basic information
■□■Construction Guidelines■□■ ■1. Pipe Lifting Lift the pipes approximately 50-80mm using a jack or similar tool. ■2. Surface Preparation Perform surface preparation (more than 3 types) at the contact points between the pipes and the support frame. ■3. Application of ZAP Paste Prepare ZAP-SUS and apply ZAP paste to the outer circumference of the zinc surface. ■4. Fixing with Stainless Band Wrap the inserted ZAP-SUS with a stainless band to secure it. ■5. Completion of Construction Lower the pipes back onto the support frame as originally positioned to complete the construction. ■□■Features■□■ A composite board made by bonding a high-purity zinc plate of 1mm thickness with a stainless steel plate (SUS304) of 0.3mm thickness. It is bent according to each pipe diameter for easy installation. Significant reduction in repair costs due to high lifecycle cost performance. - Long-term prevention of pipe corrosion due to the sacrificial corrosion effect of the zinc plate. - The SUS plate accommodates lateral displacement of the support frame caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the pipes. Easy to install. *You can also watch a video on the Mitsui Sumitomo Metal Mining Copper & Brass website. For more details, please contact us.
