The Checkmate 1000 pump is designed to transfer high-viscosity materials from 200L drums or 18L pails to one or more locations at a high discharge rate. Its internal structure is designed to minimize pressure loss from the inlet to the outlet. Metal parts that are prone to wear are treated with the best wear-resistant coating and comply with Graco's severe duty long-life standards. With the option of two pressure ratios (80:1 and 50:1), it achieves a maximum pressure of 40MPa (410kgf/cm2) and a maximum discharge rate of 14.4L/min, increasing production capacity.
