High-capacity high-pressure pump for transferring high-viscosity materials
- Prepared specifications in carbon steel and stainless steel for severe duty. - High discharge rate of 10.6L/min (60cpm). - For 200L drums or 20L pails. - Pressure ratios of King 65:1, Bulldog 31:1, and Senator 19:1 available. - High discharge and high pressure improve productivity. - Increased discharge per cycle reduces wear, extends lifespan, and saves on repair costs. - Floating piston seal and flow-through priming plate improve priming performance for high-viscosity materials.

basic information
The Checkmate 800 pump is designed to transfer high-viscosity materials from 200L drums or 20L pails to one or more locations at a high discharge rate. Its internal structure is designed to minimize pressure loss from the inlet to the outlet. Metal parts that are prone to wear are treated with the best wear-resistant coating and comply with Graco's severe duty long-life standards. With three pressure ratios (65:1, 31:1, and 19:1) to choose from, it achieves a maximum pressure of 40.2MPa (410kgf/cm2) and a maximum discharge rate of 11.5L/min, increasing production capacity.
