The Therm-O-Flow 55 ram pump is designed to transfer warm melt and hot melt materials at high temperatures of 200°C from 200L drums to one or multiple discharge locations at a high flow rate. Its internal structure is designed to minimize pressure loss from the fluid inlet to the outlet. The new pump throat packing design utilizes the latest sealing technology, applying long-lasting packing. The metal wear parts are treated with the best abrasion-resistant surface treatment, ensuring "severe duty" specifications that represent Graco's excellent durability. With three standard pressure ratios (Senator 19:1, Bulldog 31:1, King 65:1), various levels of pressure up to 40.2MPa (410kgf/cm²) can be achieved, enhancing the productivity of your line and expanding the range of applications.
