The "AT-501 RWSI" is a machine that produces a yarn called ACY by sending polyurethane yarn, commonly known as spandex, along with long fibers such as nylon and polyester, into an interlacing nozzle via feed rollers set to an arbitrary speed. It utilizes the turbulence created by compressed air inside the nozzle to entangle these yarns. 【Features】 ■ The yarn path is straight, preventing unnecessary tension on P.U and DTY. ■ Due to the two-stage stretching method for P.U, it stretches reliably without putting a burden on P.U and eliminating slip. ■ Each weight is equipped with a detaching device, preventing friction between the rotating body and P.U and ACY in case of yarn breakage. ■ All processing conditions are managed by PLC. ■ Condition settings can be selected via touch panel or PC. ■ The right and left sides of the machine can produce under different conditions. ■ Since it does not use a weight drive method, it minimizes quality variation between weights. ■ Each weight is equipped with a doffing timer to maintain yarn length consistency. * For details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download. * Factory tours are also possible.
