The "KA-524ST" is a machine that produces filament yarns by splitting raw yarns made of materials such as nylon and polyester into one (monofilament) or several strands. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for small lot production and a wide variety of monofilaments, including ultra-fine and electrostatic yarns. ■ Equipped with a false twisting mechanism for splitting machines. ■ Capable of directly producing bulky split yarns from splitting raw yarns (parent yarn). ■ Equipped with spindles of 12 bobbins on one side (KA-524 OF) or 16 bobbins on one side (KA-532 OF). ・24 or 36 spindles on both sides. ・Can split yarns up to a maximum of 12 or 16 divisions. ■ Capable of splitting not only FDY but also POY. ■ The R side and L side of the machine can be produced under different conditions. ■ Equipped with yarn length counters on both sides to maintain yarn length consistency. ■ Winding bobbin size is Φ50×420mm; winding onto paper tubes is also supported. ■ Adopts an overfeed roller to adjust and stabilize winding tension. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download section. *Factory tours are also available.
