AIKI Corporation has been engaged in the testing and development of coating machines (fiber coating machines) for many years. There are two main methods for yarn coating. One is the extrusion coating method, and the other is the dipping coating method. In the case of extrusion coating, thermoplastic resin pellets are used, which are melted in the AIKI coating machine. The melted resin and yarn are simultaneously extruded through a specialized nozzle to produce coated yarn.
