It features a porous sintered copper-tin alloy on a steel backing, lined with a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and special fillers. It demonstrates outstanding durability under boundary and fluid lubrication conditions, combining the excellent sliding properties of PTFE and special fillers with the strength and dimensional stability of metal materials. It is possible to set a thickness of 0.5mm for small diameters (φ10 or less).
