Excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for all environments! Thrust bearing.

This is a resin thrust bearing for food manufacturing (processing) equipment. We will propose the type and shape of the resin according to the environment.

In the manufacturing machines for general food products, metal bearings are often sealed to prevent direct contact with moisture or steam. However, even with a sealed structure, moisture can eventually enter, causing the grease to leak out. With resin thrust bearings, there is no corrosion and no need for grease, so there is no worry about grease or rust contaminating the food. They can be used in environments where cleaning solutions (such as sodium hypochlorite) are used, and they can also withstand high temperatures (around 200°C). There are proven results for sizes over 200mm in diameter. This is a product that can be used safely for long periods and is also environmentally friendly. 【Features】 - Hygienic as it does not use grease - Resistant to disinfectants, cleaning agents, and high temperatures; does not rust or corrode. - Resin bearings for food manufacturing equipment *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.
