It operates by reducing the pressure inside the chamber and allowing the material to sit in a static state, using conduction heating from below and radiation from above to carry out the drying process. Exhaust is discharged outside by a vacuum pump. It is ideal for drying materials with low product tolerance temperatures due to the ease of drying under high vacuum conditions.
