The vacuum mixing dryer is a sealed cylindrical device that supplies the material to be dried into the canister, allowing the heat transfer medium to flow through the jacket, mixing blades, and shaft, while drying through mixing, stirring, and crushing. The optimal mixing blades are designed based on the physical properties of the dried material to enhance drying efficiency. Dust contained in the exhaust is collected by the built-in bag filter, and solvents are recovered using an external condenser.
