Company information
Our company was established in 1971 as Shima Electronic Industry Co., Ltd. with 15 employees. Thanks to our good employees and business partners, we have been able to expand our operations. In response to the rapid changes in the electronics industry, we believed that we could not survive solely through domestic operations, so we expanded into China in 1995 and Malaysia in 2000. As the SHIMA Group, we have been enhancing our technology, globalization, and informatization to create a system that can meet our customers' diverse needs. Furthermore, in 2003, we established a design and development department to handle circuit design from prototyping to evaluation, linking it to product development. We also partnered with a capital-affiliated design company to develop power application products and manage production from development to finished products. Our function checker (inspection equipment), which is one of our unique features, has also received high praise in the market. With the "spirit of manufacturing" as our foundation, we aim to take on new challenges in various fields. Moving forward, we will consider the balance between our domestic and overseas operations and strive to become a global EMS company with advanced technology.
