T-3 thermal conductive cement efficiently removes air and conducts heat from the tracer by being applied between steam/electric heaters and process piping/equipment. A single salmon steam tracer using thermal conductive cement is more cost-effective than exterior materials using dedicated fasteners and demonstrates performance equivalent to three or more tracers. T-3 is used for applications with a maximum operating temperature of up to 371°C. To minimize waste and expedite installation, please use the salmon channel trace system with TFK channels. The channel trace system provides protection before thermal insulation installation.
