This is a software package for supporting the formulation process, consisting of three functions: "Formulation Diagnosis" for self-checking the appropriateness of the formulation currently being shipped from our plant, "Formulation Adjustment" for making corrections to achieve a more appropriate formulation, and "Formulation Creation" to assist in the overall formulation creation. It is a product that has been commercialized as a software package, designed to allow for the review and optimization of formulations at our plant with the least amount of work, based on unique formulation models developed from experience and practice in ready-mixed concrete plants. By using this software, it is possible to create appropriate formulations tailored to the materials used and the characteristics of the plant, regardless of which ready-mixed concrete plant is being utilized.

**Features** - The mix designs that are routinely shipped from individual ready-mix concrete plants are believed to be consistently appropriate mixes that satisfy customers, despite changes in materials and seasonal transitions. - By reviewing all mixes required for JIS-certified plants based on our own shipping mixes backed by performance, we can establish a rational starting point for mix design that reflects the materials used and the characteristics of each ready-mix concrete plant. - By assuming a certain relationship between the mixes of different slump values that share common materials and compressive strength (water-cement ratio), we can systematically capture the mixes and design them as a series. - The mix design model is represented by the following three equations.
