The screws are treated with ion plating (PVD), and the housing undergoes special hardening treatment to achieve a high surface hardness of 1200HV, preventing wear and damage from particles such as chips. With a screw design and equipped with a pressure compensation bushing, it enables stable discharge without pulsation, allowing for quiet operation.
