【Features】 • High-precision cutting head A reciprocating knife allows cutting of a maximum fabric thickness of 3 inches (80 mm) during suction. Additionally, knife cooling is available for materials that are prone to fusing. • Suction chamber cleaning function By incorporating a conveyor system into the suction chamber, cutting waste can be disposed continuously. • Knife width auto measurement function For machines equipped with a reciprocating knife, actual knife width is measured automatically and cutting parameters are adjusted accordingly to improve accuracy when cutting notches and sharp angles. • Double-cut prevention function When cutting two adjacent parts that share a common pattern line, the line can be cut with a single cut for higher productivity.
